Housekeeping Team Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee and guide a small group of housekeeping room attendants at our facility in Airlie Beach, The Whitsundays, Queensland. This role requires ensuring all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards, confirming rooms are ready for guest occupancy post-cleaning, and managing the inventory of housekeeping supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Verify and report readiness of rooms following cleaning procedures.
• Manage procurement and supply levels for housekeeping resources.
• Ensure full compliance with local health and safety regulations alongside company policies and procedures.
