Role Overview
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure the department functions efficiently. Your responsibilities include assigning daily tasks to the team, inspecting work to maintain high cleanliness standards, and fostering your team's growth to deliver outstanding guest service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- Strong supervisory capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
