Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Housekeeping Inspector to join our team working alongside a prominent consultancy that supports luxury hospitality and accommodation projects. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality in 4-star and 5-star hotel environments.
Key Duties
- Perform thorough housekeeping inspections at various hotels and serviced accommodations.
- Audit housekeeping processes to verify compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
- Detect service deficiencies and suggest actionable improvements.
- Compile comprehensive inspection and compliance documentation.
- Assist in delivering training programs and uphold quality assurance practices.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, facility presentation, and overall guest experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within 4-star or 5-star hotel settings.
- Possession of BIG (Building Information Group) Certification is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in performing SOP audits and quality inspections.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with international hospitality standards.
- Experience working in GCC countries is preferred.
- Availability to commence work within one month.
