About the Role
Life Care Centers of America is a long-established, privately owned healthcare organization with more than 200 locations across the United States. The company is looking to add a Housekeeping Aide to its Paducah, Kentucky team. This role supports the overall quality of patient care by helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-kept facility.
The organization emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and giving associates opportunities to reach their potential while working alongside multidisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Do
In this position, you will carry out routine housekeeping tasks to keep the facility clean, orderly, and presentable in line with all relevant laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Dust surfaces and furnishings
- Vacuum floors and carpets
- Disinfect areas as needed
- Polish fixtures and surfaces
- Empty trash and waste containers
- Clean rooms and common areas
- Replenish supplies
- Mop floors
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is also preferred.
