Role Overview
Working under the guidance and oversight of the Radiology team, the housekeeper serves as a vital contributor to the department by performing general housekeeping duties and offering some direct patient interaction, all aimed at ensuring a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all Radiology areas.
- Assist with inventory control and notify maintenance about equipment or facility issues.
- Support qualified and support staff in enhancing patient comfort and assist with manual handling when needed.
- Carry out errands as directed and maintain mandatory training in radiation protection and MRI safety.
