The Role

As the first point of contact, the Hostess plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and memorable welcoming experiences. This position requires a personable and confident individual passionate about hospitality, eager to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Effectively manage reservations and seating plans for a smooth guest flow.
• Escort visitors to their assigned tables, providing relevant restaurant information.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant staff to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with attentiveness and professionalism.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception and reservation area.
• Represent The Ned Doha's high hospitality standards through excellent interpersonal interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in roles such as Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or similar customer service positions within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and inviting personality.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
• Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

• Annual tax-exempt salary totaling QAR 32,400.
