About the Role

Searcys is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join its team located at One Moorgate Place, a prestigious Grade II listed building featuring original architectural details. This venue offers state-of-the-art conferencing facilities along with modern and spacious meeting rooms, making it ideal for private dining and events.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth operation of Food & Beverage events within the venue.
Uphold company policies by wearing the correct uniform consistently.
Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude throughout working hours.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards meet both company and legal requirements.
Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred, though training will be provided.
Demonstrate a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Exemplify professionalism by leading through example.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Show initiative and strong time management abilities.
