Role Overview: HoReCa Sales Representative
You will be responsible for expanding our presence in the hotels, restaurants, and foodservice sectors by creating new business opportunities and developing existing clients within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet agreed sales targets and KPIs for your designated area.
- Identify new sales prospects and craft a SMART prospecting plan for your region.
- Use multiple sources to select potential customers.
- Utilize SAP Customer on Demand system to log all activities.
- Conduct cold calls and visit potential clients.
- Grow business with current customers by enhancing brand visibility and applying marketing and sales initiatives.
- Sell and place coffee machines from both B2B (Aguila, Gemini) and B2C ranges, fostering sustainable volume at relevant HoReCa customers.
- Participate in national HoReCa trade fairs and familiarize yourself with key regional networks.
- Manage credit for new and existing customers, monitoring outstanding invoices.
- Adhere strictly to Nestlé and Nespresso policies, including trade, sales, safety, and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 4 years of sales experience involving prospecting (cold calling, cold canvassing), contract negotiation, and managing customer relationships.
- Strong focus on results combined with excellent selling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- High motivation, passion, and resilience to meet challenging sales objectives.
- Ability to thrive in difficult situations and work collaboratively within a team.
