Overview
Ably Resources is seeking a highly experienced Hook-Up Manager to join a major international EPC contractor engaged in a substantial offshore oil and gas development project in the Middle East. This senior leadership position involves managing offshore hook-up activities on a large-scale EPC project alongside a skilled project team in a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Lead and oversee offshore hook-up activities related to large EPC construction projects within the oil and gas sector.
- Demonstrate significant prior experience managing offshore hook-up operations and teams, preferably as a Hook-Up Manager or in a senior supervisory capacity.
- Apply deep knowledge of offshore construction processes, commissioning interfaces, and execution planning.
- Exhibit strong leadership abilities and effectively manage multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
Assignment and Rotation Details
- During the onshore phase, work Monday to Friday with nine-hour workdays, accompanied by generous annual leave entitlement.
- The offshore phase involves a rotation of 35 days on-duty followed by 35 days off.
- Accommodation and full offshore board are provided during offshore assignments.
- Living allowance is given throughout the onshore period.
- Mobilisation, rotation flights, and annual leave travel expenses are covered.
- Comprehensive medical, life, and income protection insurance is included.
