About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe loading practices, including heavy lifting and manual handling of goods.
• Maintain strict adherence to safe driving standards throughout deliveries.
• Perform routine checks on the delivery van to ensure safety and reliability.
• Ensure all food items arrive in optimal condition to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Iceland brand positively.
• Assist with store duties when needed to support the team.
• Work independently with strong time management to meet schedule demands.
• Operate flexibly over shifts that may vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a full UK driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, approachable demeanor and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Maintain a strong focus on road safety during all driving activities.
