Job description
Job Overview
We are hiring for the position of Voice Process Executive for a domestic call center handling the BAJAJ account. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls primarily in Hindi and Marathi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
- Deliver effective communication and support to callers.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic communication skills essential.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
- Minimum educational qualification: HSC pass or higher.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi preferred for regional language roles.
- Based in or able to work from Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly off: Sunday.
- Salary range: Up to Rs. 14,000 in hand plus unlimited incentives; up to Rs. 16,000 for regional language roles.
