Adswood Lodge, situated in Stockport, SK3 8HZ, is part of this reputed network, offering supportive environments for individuals managing complex mental health challenges and neurodegenerative diseases like Huntington's and Parkinson's.
Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate and cheerful Health Care Assistants for our Adswood Lodge care home. This permanent role involves supporting adults in their daily living and health needs, within shift hours of 10am to 6pm and 8pm to 1am. The position pays 3.21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care requirements
- Support individuals during meal times
- Recognize and address individual health and well-being needs
- Encourage participation in social activities both on- and off-site
- Promote dignity, independence, choice, and respect
- Maintain accurate care documentation
