Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced and strategic Head of Video Content to lead our creative and operational content efforts. This is a senior leadership role responsible for directing all video content strategies across client accounts, guiding the creative team, and ensuring content consistently delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own video content strategies for short-form platforms and YouTube for various clients.
Determine content themes, hooks, formats, and series that resonate and drive engagement.
Lead and manage the creative team, including editors, scriptwriters, and strategists.
Keep abreast of platform trends and algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate closely with founders and personal brands to extract impactful ideas and stories.
Establish streamlined processes and systems to scale content production while maintaining quality.
Conduct strategy calls and build trusted client relationships with transparent communication and confident guidance.
Recruit talent to fill team gaps and mentor ongoing development.

Candidate Profile

Proven success in generating millions of views on platforms such as Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and/or YouTube.
Deep understanding of personal brand content dynamics, including storytelling, hooks, pacing, and authority building.
Demonstrated experience leading creative teams with strong communication and leadership skills.
Intimate knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, content formats, and community culture.
Experience working in a multi-client agency environment is preferred.
A strategic thinker who plans content series to build trust and authority over time, not just isolated viral hits.
Ability to develop and implement processes for scalable creativity and continuous improvement.
Strong cultural fit characterized by high standards, humility, passion for craft, curiosity, competitiveness, and team spirit.

Working Environment and Tools

Daily communication via Slack.
Task and project management through ClickUp.
Weekly team synchronizations focused on performance, content review, and priorities.
Monthly reviews covering wins, growth, and cross-account learnings.
An 80/20 split between hands-on content work and business scaling efforts.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting base salary of $50,000.
Performance bonuses based on client outcomes and company growth.
Full-time, long-term position with 100% remote flexibility; preferably overlapping UK/EU time zones.
