About the role
As Head of Tech & AI, you will guide a 15-member team spanning Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning. You will set technical direction, oversee execution, and act as the core technical partner to the CEO. The role sits at the intersection of data systems and business impact, with responsibility for taking AI from experimentation into reliable production use while upholding strong architectural standards.
What you will do
- Set the direction for platform architecture, infrastructure, and product systems so the technology stack remains reliable and able to scale.
- Lead the AI and machine learning roadmap, ensuring models progress from research-stage work to production deployments that create measurable forecasting value for enterprise customers.
- Coach and manage engineering leaders and ML experts while building a team culture centered on accountability, speed, and technical quality.
