About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join a rapidly growing healthcare company, backed by private equity, as the Head of Strategy & Transformation. This executive role involves close collaboration with the CEO, leading key strategic initiatives that shape the company's future.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies and explore new market opportunities.
- Design and implement business transformation and operating models.
- Drive technology and digital innovation initiatives.
- Enhance commercial performance across the organization.
- Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including integration efforts.
- Lead cross-functional strategic programs ensuring alignment and execution.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will come from a leading management consulting background and be ready to transition into a full operational leadership role. Success in this position requires comfort with ambiguity, strong influencing skills with senior leaders, and the ability to develop scalable, practical solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Healthcare experience is not mandatory; however, curiosity, a commercial mindset, and effective execution capabilities are essential.
