Job Overview
We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Compliance (VP level) at a leading international corporate and investment bank headquartered in Riyadh, regulated by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). This is a vital leadership position within the bank's compliance function.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in leading compliance functions, ideally at the Head or Vice President level.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SAMA regulatory framework; obtaining SAMA approval is mandatory for this position.
- Prior work experience in an international bank operating within Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience in corporate and investment banking sectors will be considered a plus.
- Proven ability and readiness to lead and manage a small compliance team.
