Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) and Risk Adjustment Medical Coding. The role requires thorough expertise in medical coding practices specific to HCC and risk adjustment scenarios.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possession of medical coding certifications such as CPC, CRC, CCS, or other recognized equivalents is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding standards and guidelines is essential.
- A solid grasp of Medicare Risk Adjustment processes and familiarity with CMS-HCC models is necessary.
- Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree or a B.Sc. in Life Sciences to be eligible to apply.
