About Miraval The Red Sea
Miraval The Red Sea is a premium wellness and luxury hospitality resort seeking a gracious and composed Hostess to ensure an outstanding initial impression for all guests. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in guest-centric environments and take pride in offering warm, customized service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival.
- Manage guest movement within the lobby, guiding them appropriately.
- Collaborate with the Front Office team to facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Respond to inquiries, providing precise information about the property and available services.
- Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy, attractive, and well-maintained.
- Support reservations, respond to guest requests, and coordinate special arrangements for VIPs.
- Ensure guests experience a seamless and hospitable journey from their arrival to check-in.
Candidate Qualifications
- Preferred prior experience in front office or guest-facing roles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A confident, presentable, and customer-service-driven demeanor.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
