Guest Service Agent - Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms including changing bed linens and towels, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing guest amenities, and deep cleaning bathrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs required to the Housekeeping Management or Engineering Department promptly.
• Address guest requests effectively and communicate courteously with guests at all times.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs swiftly, maintain positive guest interactions, and ensure optimal guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• No formal education is mandated for this position.
• Candidates must have at least two years of experience in housekeeping roles.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight hours, and public holidays is required.
