Growth Manager

Position Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for expanding user base and increasing transaction activity within the Chinese market. This includes managing partnerships with Chinese Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), evaluating channel value, and driving efficient conversions. The role also involves identifying and engaging potential partners such as media and community groups to enhance brand recognition and influence in Chinese-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user growth initiatives focused on the Chinese-speaking market to boost user numbers and trade activity.
• Develop and maintain collaborations with Chinese KOLs, assessing channel effectiveness and promoting high conversion rates.
• Source and liaise with potential partners including media and communities to strengthen brand presence and awareness in Chinese language areas.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years professional experience within the cryptocurrency industry, with deep understanding of crypto ecosystems and meme culture.
• Preferably possess KOL experience or have managed content/community growth initiatives.
• Chinese must be the primary working language; additional proficiency in English, Korean, Vietnamese, or Russian is advantageous.
• Established media, KOL, or community network capable of driving partnerships and results is a significant plus.
• Strong communication and learning abilities, capable of adapting quickly to changes and independently solving problems.
• Keen sensitivity to industry trends with solid execution skills, self-motivation, and results-focused mindset.
• Experience with on-chain transactions and interactions is highly preferred.
• Holds a bachelor's degree or above; graduates from reputable institutions are favored.
• Experience working on trading bot-related projects will be considered an advantage.
