About Wrike and the Role

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Klaxoon, the segment responsible for driving Wrike's visual collaboration strategy, specifically advancing the whiteboarding experience within the broader collaborative work management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and execute the strategic vision for Klaxoon, encompassing the core whiteboard experience, AI integration, sector-specific use cases, and the integration between Wrike and Klaxoon products.
Drive the growth of whiteboard adoption by continuously elevating product quality and focusing on use cases valuable to Wrike's customer base.
Promote AI-native research and development by developing processes and tools that enhance productivity and foster innovative workflows.
Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, enhancing their capabilities from feature-focused management to strategic product leadership while cultivating a unified product culture.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience managing multiple product teams or a complex product with diverse stakeholders.
Deep expertise in product management disciplines, including customer discovery, validation, roadmap strategy, and metrics-driven delivery.
Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments with an understanding of customer and market needs.
Capability to prioritize strategically amidst competing investments, customer demands, and innovation goals.
Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and developing product management talent.
Hands-on knowledge of AI-native product strategy and identifying AI use cases within visual collaboration domains.
Good user-experience judgment that balances tool functionality, simplicity, and adoption for collaborative platforms.

Preferred Attributes

Background in visual collaboration or whiteboarding products, collaborative work management, or team collaboration software.
Insight into agentic workflow concepts and AI-driven product development methods.
Ability to communicate in French is highly desirable, given the primarily France-based product team.
A visionary approach with capability to redefine product strategies for an AI-integrated future.

Additional Role Details

This leadership position involves influencing Klaxoon's trajectory as a highly-visible visual collaboration platform within Wrike.
The role demands balancing innovation, adoption, customer retention, AI enhancements, and product convergence.
Contributes to organizational integration by strengthening partnerships between Wrike and Klaxoon teams and cultures.
