About Gyanodaya and Role Overview
Gyanodaya is the learning and leadership development institution of the Aditya Birla Group, aimed at nurturing future-ready talent through ongoing learning and skill enhancement. This role is based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, and falls under the Gyanodaya Learning & Development function as a Learning Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate various learning programs including managing participant nominations and communications.
- Handle end-to-end logistics related to programs, such as arranging virtual and classroom setups, vendor management, contract handling, and invoice processing.
- Assist participants in completing any necessary pre-work and fulfill program requirements efficiently.
- Execute the learning framework and monitor associated initiatives regularly to ensure adherence.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, reports, and learning data to facilitate effective tracking and evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with Program Directors, learning partners, faculty, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of all programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- A postgraduate degree in HR, Management, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in areas such as Learning and Development, Training Coordination, Talent Development, HR Operations, or Program Management is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to handle various programs and meet deadlines concurrently.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selecting appropriate learning interventions tailored to diverse audiences.
- Exposure to leadership development or capability-building initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with senior managers, faculty members, and business stakeholders.
