Group Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager with 10 to 15 years of advancing finance leadership experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked within family-owned enterprises or complex diversified business groups. The role requires a Chartered Accountant qualification as a fundamental prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analyses for multiple business units.
• Collaborate closely with leadership of each business unit to improve financial outcomes, enhance operational effectiveness, and boost profitability.
• Deliver financial insights and strategic advice that inform investment decisions, risk management, and foster sustainable business growth.
• Compile and communicate thorough financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to senior executives and company owners.
• Remain flexible to provide financial support during evening hours corresponding with the availability of company owners.
• Exhibit high adaptability and quick responsiveness in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial decision-making environment.
