Job Overview
Avertech Services Private Limited seeks a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer & Video Editor to enhance our Digital Marketing team. This role focuses on crafting visually appealing design assets and editing videos suited for various digital marketing initiatives.
Key Duties
- Produce innovative graphics for social media, websites, emails, adverts, brochures, banners, and presentations.
- Develop dynamic social media content such as posts, carousels, infographics, and promotional creatives.
- Edit diverse video content including promotional, corporate, product-based, and social media videos.
- Incorporate video enhancements like transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, background soundtracks, and visual special effects.
- Design branding components including logos, business cards, flyers, and standees.
- Create visuals for paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
- Maintain consistency with company brand standards across all design work.
- Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
- Keep abreast of contemporary design trends, software updates, and industry-leading tactics.
Required Expertise
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
- Capable in Adobe After Effects at basic to intermediate level.
- Familiar with Canva and preferably Figma.
- Strong video editing skills combined with motion graphic capabilities.
- Understanding of color theory and typography fundamentals.
- High creativity paired with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines efficiently.
Educational and Professional Background
Holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related areas. Additional certifications will be advantageous.
Preferred Competencies
Experience producing designs optimized for social media and digital marketing. Basic knowledge of UI design principles is beneficial. Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is a plus. Should be capable of working independently as well as collaborating within teams.
