Role Overview

This graduate position in Wellington’s Digital & Data Transformation team starts February 2027. Our team collaborates with public and private sector clients to translate strategy into actionable results through technology, data, AI, and enterprise architecture. We help organisations embrace digital transformation by developing AI strategies, designing technology roadmaps, and implementing AI-driven solutions. The work integrates business strategy with technology and data to create lasting impacts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced consultants to assist organisations in addressing complex business challenges.
  • Support the creation of AI, digital, and technology strategies and identify high-impact AI and data opportunities.
  • Contribute to the design of enterprise and solution architectures and develop future-ready operational models and transformation roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and enhance clients’ digital, data, and technological capabilities.
  • Assist in delivering and implementing technology and AI-enabled solutions for enhanced decision-making.
  • Support change management and transformation initiatives involving people, processes, and technology.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently hold or pursuing a degree in Commerce, Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Science, or related technology disciplines.
  • Demonstrate strong academic records.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Show analytical thinking and robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess a curious and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn continuously.
