Job Title
Governance Specialist
Job Description
The primary responsibilities of the Governance Specialist include:
- Developing an annual plan for the governance unit.
- Creating and updating governance-related policies and procedures and ensuring their implementation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws while preparing periodic reports.
- Assessing the performance of committees and providing recommendations to enhance effectiveness.
- Monitoring governance-related projects to support the organization.
- Identifying risks and conducting gap analysis between processes.
Requirements
- Applicants must have good conduct and behavior.
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in law, systems, rights, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of six months experience in governance.
- Proficiency with computer use.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and administrative business skills.
