About the Role
This contract role as a Global Mobility Coordinator requires a detail-focused, organized professional experienced in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations within dynamic environments. The position offers a hybrid work setup with two days onsite in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Manage immigration cases by liaising with employees, managers, and external legal counsel.
- Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and record critical milestones of cases.
- Assist with both domestic and international employee relocation efforts.
- Collaborate with HR, recruiting, payroll, legal departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless case handling.
- Maintain and update mobility trackers, reports, and related records.
- Track case developments to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
- Offer outstanding support to employees throughout the mobility experience.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years' experience in global mobility, immigration, HR operations, employee services, or similar fields.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and project coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience managing immigration cases.
- Background supporting domestic or international relocations.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or immigration counsel.
- Familiarity with HR operations and related systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
- Experience supporting a global workforce.
