Gen AI Lead/Developer

About the Role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced AI Development Lead to spearhead the creation, design, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging Azure technologies. This position is centered on utilizing Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure Machine Learning services to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems. You will define AI strategy, lead technical teams, and integrate next-generation technologies into practical business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of AI solutions based on Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, LLMs, and Azure ML services.
• Design and implement scalable AI platforms incorporating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLMs, and machine learning pipelines.
• Create and deploy intelligent AI agents and related applications utilizing M365 Agent Toolkit and Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Develop and maintain applications leveraging C# and TypeScript programming languages.
• Ensure connectivity with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, FAISS, Cosmos DB, and Pinecone.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to adopt best practices in AI deployment, security, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Work alongside business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective and scalable AI solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects from prototype to production deployment.
• Promote and implement MLOps, AI observability, and monitoring standards.
• Continuously update knowledge on Azure AI advancements, LLM technologies, agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
