직무 설명
Role Overview
We are looking for a permanent team member for a varied and challenging position in heat treatment. You will receive thorough onboarding and work in a cooperative environment with flat management structures.
What You Will Do
- Carry out vacuum-furnace heat treatment on tools, fixtures, and machine components.
- Operate the heat treatment equipment safely and correctly.
- Check material characteristics using standard mechanical testing methods.
- Prepare heat treatment batches before processing and complete follow-up tasks afterward.
- Maintain process records and inspection documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Completed vocational training in a metalworking field, such as hardening specialist, materials tester, or heat treatment technician.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekend duty.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility.
