Fullstack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in front-end and back-end technologies, along with experience in modern frameworks and cloud environments. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and development tools essential for building scalable web applications and integrating AI technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using React.js including hooks, state management, and component design.
• Write clean and efficient code using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Build server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and at least one additional backend language such as Python or Java.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between services.
• Manage databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB for robust data storage solutions.
• Create responsive UI designs utilizing HTML5 and CSS3 to ensure compatibility across devices.
• Utilize Git for version control to maintain code integrity and facilitate collaboration.
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude, Windsurf, Copilot, and Cursor to enhance development productivity.
• Engage in coding, debugging, testing, and maintain software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including production support.
• Work with Next.js, Express.js, NestJS frameworks for efficient application development.
• Employ backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, and Spring Boot to improve application performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and adhere to DevOps best practices.
• Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic to incorporate advanced language model functionalities.
• Explore capabilities involving large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Design agentic AI workflows to support intelligent automation.
• Implement security protocols including OAuth2, JWT, and single sign-on (SSO) for application security.
• Architect systems using message queues and event-driven design patterns.
• Use caching technologies like Redis to optimize data access and system performance.
• Apply testing frameworks such as Jest, PyTest, and JUnit, following test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
