Job Summary

An experienced and proactive Front Office Manager is needed for a hospitality setup in Kota, Rajasthan. The role focuses on leading front-desk activities, delivering high-quality guest service, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all front office activities on a daily basis.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, room reservations, and routine enquiries with efficiency.
• Build strong guest relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, guide, and train the front office team to maintain service standards.
• Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• A graduate qualification in any discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in front office management or a closely related position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and report preparation is expected.

Mandatory Skill Requirement

Practical experience using IDS Software (Infodynamic Software) is compulsory. Applications from candidates without hands-on IDS Software experience will not be considered.

Industry Preference

Candidates with background in the hospitality or hotel industry are preferred.
