Front Office All-Rounder

About the Role

Pullman Sydney Airport is looking for a dedicated Front Office All-Rounder to join its vibrant and welcoming Front Office team. This full-time position involves supporting diverse front office operations and ensuring guests receive personalized and outstanding service from arrival until checkout. Located near Mascot train station in New South Wales, this hotel fosters an inclusive and supportive environment perfect for skill development and career growth within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and customized guest service aligned with Pullman standards.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and manage account inquiries efficiently using Opera PMS.
• Assist with reservations, attend to switchboard calls, and manage front office administrative duties.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and with professionalism.
• Support various front office roles including concierge and reception tasks as required.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records, daily front office documentation, and handovers.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and Accor loyalty programs actively.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera, Fidelio, or HOTSOS systems is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and capability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Professional appearance with immaculate grooming standards.
• Possession of full Australian work rights.
• Willingness and flexibility to work rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
