About the Role

Dreamscape Hospitality is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for its Rooms department in Lafayette, LA. In this non-exempt role, you will lead front desk operations, support guest satisfaction, and guide a team of front desk agents. The position focuses on delivering smooth arrivals and departures, maintaining service standards, and keeping the front office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and support front desk team activities, including work schedules, onboarding/training, and ongoing performance oversight.
