Role Overview

We are searching for a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team full-time. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and visitors at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointments, patient registrations, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment-related inquiries.
• Coordinate the flow of patients with doctors and clinical staff to optimize scheduling.
• Handle billing processes including payments and invoice creation.
• Assist with patient follow-up communications and prepare daily reports.
• Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• A pleasant demeanor with a professional appearance.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and appointment scheduling software.
• Capability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in clinics, hospitals, or customer-facing roles will be advantageous.

Job Details

• Work Location: Mila Aesthetics, Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Monthly Salary: INR 50,000.
