Role Overview
This role is based in Al Khobar and involves managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors and clients, and contributing positively to the work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome visitors and guide them within the facility to the required areas.
- Provide clients with essential details regarding available products and services, responding to their questions.
- Manage incoming calls by redirecting them to the appropriate departments and handling straightforward queries.
- Professionally address and resolve client complaints or escalate as necessary.
- Arrange appointments to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Efficiently solve problems encountered by clients related to services or products.
- Offer additional support by assisting clients with navigation or product advice.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude to sustain a positive environment for both clients and team members.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably within fitness or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication skills characterized by friendliness, professionalism, and confidence.
- Capability to manage member inquiries, registrations, and basic sales tasks.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications including booking systems, MS Office, or CRM software.
- Well-groomed appearance combined with a positive demeanor.
