Overview

Responsibilities
- Register incoming guests and assign accommodations.
- Manage arrivals and departures for groups.
- Handle reservations including booking, cancellations, and modifications.
- Offer detailed information about hotel services and facilities.
- Provide guests with regional points of interest information.
- Process guest checkouts, calculate bills, and accept payments.
- Reconcile cash and prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and necessary documentation.
- Adhere to established emergency and safety protocols.
- Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer and direct telephone calls and messages appropriately.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout interactions.
Experience and Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
