Role Overview

We are a high-end food distribution company serving the hospitality sector across the UAE, seeking a dependable and practical assistant to aid in managing fresh truffles and other exclusive ingredients. This position involves supporting quality assurance, preparation, inventory management, and delivery activities to maintain premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and inspecting premium products to ensure they meet company quality benchmarks.
• Support stock management including storage, rotation, and daily inventory oversight.
• Accurately prepare customer orders with a focus on presentation and care.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure prompt order processing and fulfillment.
• Occasionally help with product deliveries while upholding quality and professional service standards.
• Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and handling protocols at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in roles such as Chef, Commis Chef, Sous Chef, or handling premium foods is preferred.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to busy periods.
• Professional conduct, discretion, and pride in managing high-quality ingredients.
• Eagerness to learn and take direction from the Category Manager during training.
