About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift is a platform that connects specialists with AI projects from leading tech companies, aiming to harness Generative AI's potential through global real-world expertise. We are currently seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to contribute remotely on a part-time basis to our Tendem project. This project involves supporting hybrid AI and human workflows by creating high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Create clean and well-structured layouts, modern infographics, and establish clear visual hierarchies to ensure content is engaging and easy to understand.
Design reusable, visually appealing templates suitable for various social media platforms and impactful single-page marketing materials.
Enhance everyday design assets using advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition techniques.
Translate raw data and conceptual ideas into polished professional visuals that meet marketing and communication goals.
Maintain high design quality by carefully verifying visual alignment, color consistency, and layout precision before final delivery.

Requirements

Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communication.
Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline is advantageous.
Strong expertise in typography, grid layouts, and visual composition to elevate standard materials.
Demonstrated capability in developing modern infographics and engaging social media templates that effectively organize information.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite — including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign — along with Figma for diverse visual assignments.
Ability to flexibly adapt work between detailed one-page designs and dynamic digital templates, meeting distinct medium requirements.
English language skills at an upper-intermediate (B2) level or above are required.
A detail-oriented, adaptable, and fast-working approach is essential.
Strong commitment to producing visually refined, professional-grade deliverables.
Self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities related to visual project work.

Project Details and Compensation

This freelance role operates on a project basis. Workload varies; during active phases, tasks typically require 10 to 20 hours per week but this is not guaranteed. Contributors may receive compensation up to $50 per hour equivalent based on expertise and output pace. Compensation rates differ across projects depending on their complexity and scope.

Additional Information

Applications are reviewed following a qualification process. Successful candidates may be invited to multiple projects aligned with their skillsets. This position offers flexibility with scheduling, allowing contributors to balance participation with their availability while helping shape future AI-driven solutions.
