About Mindrift and the Tendem Project
Mindrift connects domain experts with innovative AI projects, seeking to unlock the full potential of Generative AI through global expertise. The Tendem project combines hybrid AI and human workflows specializing in data scraping and task automation.
Role Summary
We require an adaptable and skilled freelance Graphic Designer to join the Tendem initiative, focusing on crafting clean layouts, modern infographics, and versatile social media templates. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents who automate repetitive tasks, while you apply critical thinking and expert visual design to turn concepts into refined, professional content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create readable and visually engaging layouts and infographics with clear visual hierarchy.
- Design reusable and attractive social media templates along with impactful one-pagers.
- Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful visual composition to enhance all materials.
- Convert raw data and ideas into polished and tailored visual assets that support marketing and communication goals.
- Maintain high design standards by thoroughly checking visual alignment, color consistency, and layout quality before delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or related visual communication roles preferred.
- Academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative degree is advantageous.
- Expertise in typography, grid layouts, and visual hierarchy to deliver high-quality materials.
- Skillful in creating modern infographics and engaging social media visuals.
- Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to design across different formats, including one-pagers and digital templates, with adaptability.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is essential.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and capable of managing multiple design tasks independently.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work must be included with application; submissions without portfolio links will not be reviewed.
Additional Information
This is a freelance, project-based position with variable workload depending on active projects. Estimated time commitment is 10-20 hours weekly during active phases, which may fluctuate. Compensation can reach up to 50 USD per hour, based on expertise and contribution pace. Different projects may offer varying pay scales reflecting their complexity and scope.
