About the Role
Rich India Housing Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Manager to lead its sales division at VISION PROPERTIES in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidate will be responsible for spearheading the real estate sales efforts, mentoring the team, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and target attainment.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals consistently.
- Source and nurture leads, converting them effectively into successful sales.
- Engage with clients through meetings, property site tours, and detailed presentations.
- Establish and maintain enduring partnerships with customers and channel collaborators.
- Monitor sales metrics and compile comprehensive performance reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and CRM departments to align strategies and enhance outreach.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between 0 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and focus on target achievement.
Compensation
This freelance position offers a monthly remuneration up to 50000 INR.
