Role Overview
The Fountain Installer 1 position in the North Alabama division is focused on installing fountain equipment and supporting related service work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and remove fountain equipment as needed
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and contractors
- Keep parts inventory accurate and organized
- Handle written updates and communication through Mobilizer
- Support service calls when required
- Take on other duties assigned by management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license is required, along with continued compliance with the fleet policy
- Ability to earn and maintain DOT certification and meet physical requirements
- Valid Class A or B CDL is required, with ongoing compliance with the fleet policy
- Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days
- Must be able to maintain DOT physical standards
- Personal protective equipment must be used as required, in line with safety policies
- Consistent and punctual attendance is essential
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Professional appearance must be maintained according to company standards
- Must be able to protect company property and assets
- Should be comfortable using company-provided tools, systems, and technology
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or 0 to 6 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Ability to earn Coca-Cola North America certification
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, or a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
- Ability to work effectively with team members across functions
Physical Demands
This role follows the company’s personal protective equipment program. Safety-toed shoes are required when operating powered industrial equipment, working near such equipment, handling palletized product, using hand trucks or dollies for deliveries, performing cooler services, and similar tasks.
