Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Food Server position is based at Narcissus Obhur in Jeddah, exclusively open to Saudi nationals. The selected candidate will warmly greet guests, provide menus, take precise food and beverage orders, and efficiently serve guests while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism. Duties include arranging and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and properly set dining environment, coordinating smoothly with kitchen and bar personnel, and adhering strictly to hygiene and safety guidelines. Additional responsibilities involve responding to guest questions, accommodating special requests, and assisting with in-room dining and event services. Upholding the brand’s luxurious service quality, displaying courteous behavior, and promoting a cooperative workplace culture are essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service aptitude focused on guest satisfaction within a professional hospitality context.
• Familiarity with food and beverage items, including knowledge of service protocols such as table settings and serving manners.
• Proficient communication in Arabic is required; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
• Some understanding of cooking or food handling to facilitate menu comprehension and collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Previous experience working in hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality service preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and capability to remain standing for long durations.
• Awareness of hygiene, safety standards, and food handling regulations to ensure compliance.
