We are seeking a dedicated full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Lake Conjola Holidays location in Berringer Lake, New South Wales. Reporting directly to the Park Manager, you will lead the team to deliver superior food service and guest experiences while ensuring adherence to food safety, licensing, and regulatory standards.
Set in a picturesque coastal area between calm lake waters and surf beaches, Ingenia Lake Conjola offers a relaxing atmosphere for guests and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily engagement with guests and public visitors to foster positive relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and school holidays to manage peak times effectively.
- Perform physically active tasks involving lifting, standing, and walking during shifts.
- Handle commercial cleaning chemicals safely according to Material Safety Data Sheets and established procedures.
- Stay informed on legislative changes and compliance updates to maintain a safe, high-quality venue environment.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hospitality with a strong enthusiasm for creating welcoming guest experiences in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable or willing to learn using systems such as Swift POS and Tribe, adhering strictly to SOPs and compliance protocols.
- Possesses certifications such as Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) if necessary, and food safety qualifications.
- Exemplifies leadership by maintaining calm under pressure, supporting team members, and ensuring high standards in service, safety, and venue presentation.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to work varied shifts, assist where required, and stay updated on company policies and legislation.
- Energetic and motivated, passionate about making a difference through teamwork, problem-solving, and creating memorable moments for guests.
