Role Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall food and beverage operations at the resort. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, enhancing team member performance, and driving business results through maintaining a safe, sanitary environment and ensuring the highest quality of products and services. Key responsibilities include fostering a strong team culture, delivering prompt and courteous service consistent with brand and industry standards, managing daily team member relations, and promoting problem-solving through effective training and empowerment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for teamwork.
• Attention to detail to maintain high operational standards.
