Role Overview
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Associate (Service Crew) to become part of our warm and caring team. We value respect and care, fostering a working environment that promotes work-life balance, gratitude, and tranquility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
- Deliver high-standard food and beverage service to guests with genuine hospitality.
- Maintain efficient workflow and ensure the appointed work section runs smoothly.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Create memorable and exceptional experiences for all guests.
