Role Overview

Join Center Parcs UK & Ireland as the Food, Beverage and Retail Manager at Longford Forest, where you will lead one of the largest commercial divisions within the village. With a salary range from €65,000 to €85,000 annually, depending on experience, plus an 18% bonus scheme, this position offers a significant leadership opportunity in a vibrant natural forest setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the food, beverage, and retail operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, adherence to brand standards, and smooth operation across all outlets.
  • Mentor and develop Heads of Department by fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-achieving teams through coaching and leadership.
  • Optimize commercial outcomes, ensuring effective resource allocation and supporting the achievement of budgets, revenue, and operational goals.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for safety, compliance, and outlet presentation, guaranteeing readiness and confidence in guest service.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader village leadership to enhance overall performance, drive best practice sharing, and elevate guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated operational leadership experience within the hospitality or retail sector, ideally managing multiple outlets.
