About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Food and Beverage Captain to manage dining operations efficiently. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, accurately taking orders, managing seating arrangements, and leading the service team to provide a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly receive guests and guide them to their assigned tables.
- Introduce menus, describe dish highlights, and suggest items to enhance revenue.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen personnel.
- Oversee the Steward team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Politely manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and appealing table setups throughout the service area.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Effective communication skills paired with courteous behavior.
- Strong leadership abilities and capability to manage busy service periods effectively.
Additional Information
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Number of vacancies: 3 to 4 positions.
- Monthly salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000, dependent on experience.
