Job Overview
We are looking for welcoming and proactive Floor Staff to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, managing store operations effectively, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and assist them in selecting products suited to their needs.
- Identify customer requirements to provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Meet daily and monthly sales goals consistently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and nurture positive relationships with shoppers.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed and shelves remain stocked.
- Keep the store clean, orderly, and visually pleasant.
- Accurately handle billing and cash transactions by using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support inventory management by replenishing stock and assisting with stock counts.
- Regularly verify product quality, monitor expiry dates, and check pricing labels.
- Inform customers about current promotions, offers, and discounts.
- Address customer questions and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth store operations.
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Report any low stock levels, damaged goods, or other store-related concerns to the Store Manager.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
