Role Overview
We seek a dedicated, full-time Fiverr/Upwork Platform Bidder to work onsite in Lahore. The incumbent will be responsible for finding suitable projects on freelancing platforms, crafting tailored and convincing proposals, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with company services. This role involves profile management, client engagement, negotiation, performance tracking, and ensuring seamless project handover post-acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and place bids on projects across Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance portals.
- Develop customized, persuasive, and technically sound proposals.
- Comprehend client needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with developers and project managers regarding scope, scheduling, and cost evaluation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client communications.
- Conduct follow-up communications to boost project conversion rates.
- Maintain and enhance company profiles on freelancing platforms.
- Monitor bidding metrics, success rates, and generated revenue.
- Keep detailed CRM records and bidding reports.
- Assist with onboarding projects and transitioning them to delivery teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 to 4 years' documented experience bidding on Fiverr, Upwork, or similar platforms.
- Proven success in securing projects related to software, web, mobile apps, AI, or cloud services.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess project viability and client requirements.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and current technologies.
- Basic understanding of solution architecture and software cost estimation.
- Familiarity with project management principles and client coordination.
- Preferable experience with CRM, proposal tools, or bidding trackers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- High attention to detail and effective time and organizational management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
