About Us

Role Overview
As we extend our footprint, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to aid in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our European and American operations. This position demands robust analytical capabilities, a strong grasp of financial doctrines, and the aptitude to collaborate across diverse cultures and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and evaluate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Play an instrumental role in supporting budgeting and variance analysis exercises.
- Work closely with regional teams to consolidate financial information and offer actionable insights.
- Effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Assist in the rollout of group processes and internal control mechanisms.
- Ensure strict adherence to group policies, local regulatory frameworks, and reporting norms.
- Conduct financial reviews for various businesses situated in Europe and the Americas.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. Advanced credentials like a master’s degree, CPA, or CFA are advantageous.
- Four to six years minimum experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and expertise in Excel and financial modeling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI; familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities amid a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication.
- Previous experience working in a SaaS technology company is considered a plus.
